As the campus representative, you are the focal point for Boren Scholarship and Boren Fellowship activities on your campus. For complete information about the role of the campus representative please see the Campus Representative Guidelines (pdf).
Boren Scholarships campus representatives
Campus representatives for the undergraduate Boren Scholarships 1) recruit applicants and publicize the program 2) serve as an advisor for students and 3) manage the undergraduate application process.
The Campus Representative Guidelines explain the online application process and on-campus review in detail. Before moving to the application login, please review these guidelines. You can then login to the system to access your students’ applications.

Boren Fellowships campus representatives
The campus representatives for the Boren Fellowships (for graduate students) have a less formal role than those who work with the Scholarships. Nonetheless, the outreach assistance and applicant guidance campus representatives provide are very valuable to the Fellowship program.
Application Deadlines
The national application deadline for the 2007-2008 Boren Scholarships, which was February 13, 2007, has passed. Please check back here for the deadlines for 2008-2009. IIE/NSEP encourages campus representatives to set an on-campus deadline between mid-December and late-January.
All online evaluations must be completed by the national deadline. All supplementary materials for an institution should be in one packet and must arrive at the address below by the deadline.

The national application deadline for the 2007-2008 Boren Fellowships, which was January 30, 2007, has passed. Please check back here for the deadlines for 2008-2009. Applicants for the fellowships should submit their own supplementary materials, which must arrive at the address below by the deadline.
